<p>Our Head Office will be closed from 2pm on Friday, December 20, 2024, and will reopen at 8am on Thursday, January 2, 2025.</p>

<p>please call <strong>033 0005 0005 (24hrs)</strong>. This service is for <strong>emergencies only, </strong>any calls that they receive that are not deemed to be an emergency will not be actioned and you will be advised to contact the customer care team on their return.</p>



<p>If your property is managed by a management company, and your query falls within their remit, please get in touch with them directly using the contact details you have been previously given.</p>

<p>Last week, a few of us Mandale lot attended the Grand Opening of <a href="https://davidknowlesfuneralservice.co.uk/"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">David Knowles Funeral Directors</span></a> at Mandale Park TS16 in Stockton-on-Tees.</p>



<p>We were thrilled Paralympian Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson joined to cut the ribbon, officially opening the new funeral directors. Following the ribbon-cutting, attendees participated in a moving service and blessing of the unit, bringing a sense of peace and purpose to the space that David will now call his business home.</p>



<p>David Knowles has transformed one of our units into a beautifully appointed funeral directors, designed with care and consideration to provide comfort to those who need it most.
