The Mandale Group have secured a letting to the electrical giant Newey & Eyre.
The 14,000 sq ft property they have taken is based just off Portrack Lane, Stockton on Tees. A spokesman for the Mandale Group said:
this is a great deal for both parties, this electrical company has over 300 branches of which this now becomes their flagship depot in Teesside
