This unit at Sedgefield Way has recently been let to Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council.
It comprises of a 6,000 sq ft unit and 1 acre yard. The Council have signed a long lease and intend to use the property for their Parks Department. Joe Darragh from The Mandale Group said
